Job Title: Flexcube Consultant (Core Banking)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Flexcube Consultant to manage, support, and enhance our Core Banking System. The candidate will be responsible for handling production support, resolving system issues, and working closely with business and technical teams to ensure smooth banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Flexcube (Core Banking System)

Analyze and resolve BAU (Business as Usual) issues within defined SLAs

Handle EOD/EOM/EOY processes and ensure smooth execution

Coordinate with business users and clients for issue resolution

Support deployment, testing, and release management activities

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability

Prepare documentation for issues, fixes, and processes

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Oracle Flexcube Core Banking modules

Experience in production support / application support

Basic understanding of SQL / PL-SQL

Familiarity with banking operations and workflows

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in handling critical production incidents

Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments

Exposure to integration and interfaces in banking systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Relevant years of experience in Flexcube / Core Banking support
