Looking For Fitter Turner

We are looking for a skilled Fitter Turner to join our team in Salem. This role is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience and a minimum education of 10th pass.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Machine Operation:** Safely operate turning and fitting machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications.

- **Blueprint Reading:** Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand production requirements and dimensions.

- **Precision Measurement:** Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure components meet precise specifications and tolerances.

- **Quality Control:** Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections, ensuring they meet quality standards before passing them on to the next stage.

- **Maintenance of Equipment:** Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to keep them in good working condition and report any technical issues.

- **Collaborate with Team:** Work closely with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure production efficiency and quality.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must have strong mechanical skills and a good understanding of machining processes. They should be able to work effectively under tight schedules while maintaining high-quality standards. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to safety are essential. The ideal candidate should also be a team player with good communication skills, able to take instructions and provide feedback as needed. Previous experience with CNC machines will be an advantage.
