job description:
develop and manage sales strategies for fire alarm, fire fighting, and fire protection system solutions.
generate new business opportunities and handle the complete sales cyclefrom enquiry, proposal, technical discussion, to closure.
build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, project managers, and end clients.
prepare technical presentations and conduct site visits when required.
coordinate with internal engineering and installation teams for smooth execution of projects.
track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business growth.
required skills & qualifications:
strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, fire hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, and related fire protection products.
proven ability in b2b sales, project sales, and dealer/channel management.
excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
ability to work independently and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
bachelors degree in engineering (electrical / electronics / fire & safety) mba.
proficiency in ms office and understanding of technical drawings is an added advantage.
experience required:
4+ years of experience in fire safety / fire protection / fire system product sales.
experience dealing with major projects
