Financial Analysis & Planning

 Daily costing – review BOM, routing, scrap and set up standard cost in SAP system

 Lead inventory count, partner with operation team to minimize discrepancy

 Calculate and justify scrap and absorption for different LoB

 Look into purchasing and manufacturing variances and work with operation for improvement

 Provide quotation of new design cards to pricing team

 Conduct annual standard cost roll including material, DL, overhead, scrap

 Prepare and monitor key KPIs including inventory turn, scrap etc.

 Conduct month-end closing, look into abnormal expenses and recommend improvement actions

 Track and control capex spending

 Attend annual budget and budget restatement

 Support operation team to improve plant financial performance

 Ad hoc request from manager

Requirement:

 University degree, major in Accounting/Finance, prefer MBA, CA, CMA, INTER

 Min. 7~8 years experience on costing gained from a manufacturing environment

 Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO desired

 Proficient with Excel

 Must be very detailed

 Be able to meet strict deadline under pressure and be able to multi-task

 Proactive, self-driven

 Logical and analytical, be able to link numbers to business

 Effective communication skills and good teamwork

 Fast learner
