Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Develop records management processes and policies

•⁠ ⁠Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes

•⁠ ⁠Set up and maintain automated data processes

•⁠ ⁠Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing

•⁠ ⁠Produce and track key performance indicators

•⁠ ⁠Develop and support reporting processes

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and audit data quality

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content

•⁠ ⁠Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques

•⁠ ⁠Manipulate, analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to the business

•⁠ ⁠Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.

•⁠ ⁠Create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations using company’s software.

•⁠ ⁠Provide sector and competitor benchmarking

•⁠ ⁠Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.

Candidate Profile:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or math and/or statistics and/or economics and/or computer science.(preferably ACCA/ACA with 3-5 years experience in big 4 audit firm)

•⁠ ⁠Several years of experience in Data analysis within the FMCG/Beverage industry is considered an advantage

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail

•⁠ ⁠Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company

•⁠ ⁠The position requires proficiency in Excel. Experience with SAP Analytics would be considered an advantage
