develop personalized financial plans based on client goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.

analyze market trends, financial products, and investment opportunities to recommend suitable strategies.

build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering continuous financial guidance and portfolio reviews.

ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards.

conduct regular reviews of clients financial plans and portfolios, adjusting strategies as needed.

achieve sales and revenue targets through client acquisition, cross-selling, and retention strategies.

mentor junior financial advisors (if applicable) and contribute to team development.
