BROAD JOB DESCRIPTION for Sr Manager in Corporate Finance.

1. Centrally controlling the GL for a multilocational entity.

2. Controlling the Access of people operating the ERP/SAP.

3. Monthly closing of Accounts of All locations.

4. Preparing Monthly Consolidated Financials as per SCH III of the Companies Act,

5. Ensuring timely filing of statutory returns under Direct and Indirect Taxes & returns to Stock Exchanges post listing of the company.

6. Overseeing AR & AP functions and Guiding AR & AP team head and team members.

7. Implementing SOPs for improvement of processes in all financial functions.

Salary Range – 10 Lacs to 15 Lacs
