Who you are

Required: 2+ years of Quickbooks experience

Required: 2+ years bookkeeper or accountant, CPA

Required: Fluent English. 20

Required: Full-time 40 hours week working EST time zone

Bonus: 2+ years experience as a research or investment analyst with a bank, investment firm, real estate, or consulting firm

Detailed oriented Strong research and analytical abilities with an excellent grasp of financial modeling and valuations

What you will do

Interact with partners, brokers, leasing agents, lenders, etc to gather information

Research and gather relevant data on housing, apts, markets, financials, and relevant real estate data for analysis and valuation

Run financial models to assess the viability of targets multifamily investments

Track portfolio company progress and financial performance

Track expenses and accounts on QuickBooks and produce reports for management and tax purposes
