Field Supervisor (Male)

We are looking for a Field Supervisor to join our team in Byculla. This is a full-time position for a male candidate with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and at least a 12th-grade education. The Field Supervisor will play a vital role in coordinating field activities and ensuring that operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Supervise a team of field personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

- Monitoring Operations: Oversee daily operations in the field, ensuring that projects are on schedule and that safety protocols are being followed.

- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during field operations to minimize disruptions.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on field activities, ensuring communication with management regarding progress and concerns.

- Training and Development: Provide training to new team members and ongoing support to existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
