Field Service Engineer (Full Time)

Job Summary

Responsibility of Testing, designing, Customer service, support and Installation of System.

Primary Responsibilities

 Design, control, and implement of meterological instruments/Monitoring System.

 Evaluating systems’ safety, reliability, and performance.

 Co-ordinate with client for product delivery and installation.

 Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talks with customers on sales floor or by phone.

 Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time

 Define customer needs and requirements

 Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer desired specification and safety standards.

 Support service after sales.

 Summarize data and report on test results

 Examine needs on new equipment

 Monitor maintenance and inspection plans.

Requirements and skills

 Proven expertise as an electrical /electronics engineer

 Hands-on experience using design and calculation software

 Knowledge of multimeter.

 Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards

 Problem-solving abilities

 Strong organizational and communication skills

 knowledge of AutoCAD and circuit designing.

 knowledge of Ms-word, Excel
