Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and result-driven Field Sales Professionals to join our Agency Vertical team. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales across Motor, Life, Health, or Commercial insurance lines through our growing network of agents and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and nurture new agents/partners to expand the agency network.

Promote and sell Motor Insurance through agency channels.

Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Provide product training and sales support to agents to help them meet targets.

Regularly monitor and achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Conduct local market assessments to explore new growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ year of field sales experience, preferably in Motor Insurance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.

Understanding of the insurance industry and agency networks is a strong plus.
