Job Title: Assistant Manager – FOS

What we're looking for:

● Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar managerial role

● Hands-on experience managing field sales executives

● Strong communication, team management, and leadership skills

● Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

● Should have worked in the insurance sector

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven culture

● Comfortable with on-field visits and team handling
