Roles & Responsibilities
• Meeting Targets and Deadlines
• Convert leads to sales by offering appropriate residential properties and fixing Site Inspections
• Handling international & local clientele to solve their queries and support the sales team(s)
• Assist clients during the decision-making process by answering all relevant queries, liaising with Developer or the Company's Developer Relations team for any clarifications required and home loan requirements
• Constantly eliciting client’s feedback to improve level of service to ensure customer delight
Mandatory Criteria
• Should be willing to work during all weekend(s) with one weekday off per week
• Working hours 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Work Location – Pune
• Should have good communication in Hindi
Qualifications
• Prior experience of 1-5 years in Sales/Telesales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Typing skills with hands-on experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Demonstrable track record
• Experience in Real Estate/Banking/Financial/Insurance domains is an added advantage
