Field Sales Executive

responsibilities:

- conduct field visits to merchants and complete assigned tasks effectively.

- onboard merchants by registering them on our platform and setting up qr code, sound box and edc machine for transactions.

- develop a strong understanding of paytm’s products to provide clear and effective communication to merchants.

- build and maintain positive relationships with merchants by addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.

preferred requirements (to enhance selection chances):

- possession of a two-wheeler for field visits.

- an android smartphone for managing daily operational tasks and apps.

qualification & eligibility criteria:

- 12th pass or graduate (freshers welcome).

- only male candidates are eligible for this position.

age requirement: 18 to 35 years

skills required: strong sales and communication skills

salary: upto 20,000 inr per month + lucrative incentives

interview process: there will be 1 hr round and 1 tl round, both will be telephonic interview
