key responsibilities:
1. meet and pitch the shinepoints software to retail store owners in your city (any area).
2. achieve a target of 60 store tie-ups per month; overachieve to earn higher incentives.
3. build and maintain strong relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.
4. report daily progress and submit regular updates to the reporting manager.
5. work independently in the field while staying connected with the manager remotely.
we are looking for energetic and motivated field sales executives to join shine projects. in this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our shinepoints - reward points software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. the job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (free for 1st month and rs. 999/- per annum after free offer ends)
