Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Company: MD Natural Foods LLP

Location: Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: INR 15,000 to 30,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives + Mobile Allowance + Travel Allowance

Job Description:

MD Natural Foods LLP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the FMCG sector and a passion for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Visit assigned shops and showrooms to promote MD Natural Foods LLP products, including Himalayan Pink Salt, Iodized Salt, and Spices.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about product features and benefits to potential customers.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Collect and report market feedback and insights to the management team to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.

Ensure proper merchandising and visibility of MD Natural Foods LLP products in assigned outlets.

Prepare and submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
