Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Activation & Field Execution
Event Management: Plan and execute local marketing events, pop-up shops, and roadshows to increase brand visibility.
Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging, hands-on demos. You may use AR headsets to show customers how a product works or fits in their home.
Merchandising: Ensure that physical branding (signage, displays, and promotional materials) is optimized for maximum impact at partner locations.
2. Lead Generation & Direct Sales
Active Prospecting: Engage with potential customers face-to-face to understand their pain points and introduce relevant solutions.
Instant Conversion: Close sales on the field using mobile CRM and digital payment systems.
Lead Nurturing: Collect customer data via digital tablets and ensure a seamless handshake to the internal sales team for long-cycle deals.
3. Market Intelligence & Feedback
Real-time Reporting: Use mobile apps to log customer feedback, competitor pricing, and local trends instantly.
NPS & Satisfaction: Track Net Promoter Scores by surveying participants immediately after a field interaction.
