Job Description

1. interaction with customers - engage with customers and provide detailed product information and demonstrations.

2. calling customers for new requirements - maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs and build relationships.

3. sales tours - execute sales tours effectively.

4. stock handling - ensure proper handling and organization of stock, and conduct daily stock checks

5. follow up- communicate with customers about dispatched products and confirm parcel delivery.

6. attending customers calls - handle incoming calls and messages, providing accurate and satisfactory responses.

7. counter and workspace maintenance - maintain a clean and organized counter and workspace.

8. regional shows - participate in regional shows and manage preparations for these events.

9. stock update & requirements - participate in regional shows and manage preparations for these events.

10. design feedback - collect and analyze feedback on product designs, focusing on fast-moving and non-moving products.
