Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily driver operations, ride bookings, and dispatch.

Onboard new cab and auto drivers to the platform.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve driver operational issues.

Maintain vehicle attachment records and daily duty rosters.

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Ola, Uber, or transport fleet management.

Good communication and team coordination skills.

Basic computer and WhatsApp operations knowledge.

Freshers with strong transport management interest can also apply.
