Manpower Management: Handling the planning, deployment, attendance monitoring, and training of staff (., cleaners, security guards) across various client locations.

Site Inspections: Conducting regular, often surprise, visits to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and grooming discipline.

Client Coordination: Acting as a point of contact for clients to resolve operational issues and ensure high service satisfaction.

Inventory & Asset Control: Managing material stocks, chemicals, and equipment usage, ensuring machines are used properly and maintenance is up to date.
