A Field Office Staff (sometimes called a Field Officer or Site Administrator) is a professional who works at the intersection of the central office and on-site operations. The role combines physical site presence with digital documentation and stakeholder coordination.

## 1. Core Responsibilities

A Field Office Staff member ensures that work on the ground matches the plans on paper.

On-Site Documentation: Maintaining daily logs, attendance sheets, and progress reports.

Liaison & Coordination: Acting as the primary point of contact between on-site laborers, subcontractors, and the main office.

Material & Inventory Tracking: Recording deliveries, managing waste disposal, and ensuring that supplies (like cement, cables, or aid kits) are available when needed.

Compliance & Safety: Conducting periodic site inspections to ensure all workers are following safety protocols (PPE, high-vis vests) and legal regulations.

Data Collection: Using mobile apps or GPS tools to gather surveys, photos, or measurements for reporting back to management.

Administrative Support: Handling on-site clerical tasks such as petty cash management, filing permits, and answering site-related inquiries.
