Job Description: As a Field Executive for our microfinance, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our

range of microfinance products. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, building relationships, and

maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and identify potential customers in target markets.

Educate customers on the benefits and features of our microloans, coverage, and bundled products.

Customize solutions to meet the specific financial needs and requirements of each customer.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments affecting microfinance.

Qualifications:

12th with experience or Bachelor's degree

Understanding of microfinance principles and products.

Goal oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
