We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing and a passion for driving brand awareness and customer engagement through field marketing activities. This role involves executing marketing strategies on the ground, interacting with potential customers, and promoting our products or services. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a flair for creative marketing, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Marketing: Execute marketing campaigns and promotions in designated geographical areas to reach target audiences effectively.

2. Customer Engagement: Interact with potential customers, provide information about our products/services, and address inquiries to generate leads and drive sales.

3. Product Promotion: Actively promote our products or services through various marketing channels, such as events, demonstrations, and outdoor activities.

4. Market Research: Collect and report customer feedback and market insights to the marketing team to improve strategies and offerings.

5. Event Management: Coordinate and manage marketing events, including setting up booths, organizing promotional activities, and ensuring a positive brand presence.

6. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support, such as distributing marketing materials, generating leads, and scheduling appointments.

7. Reporting: Maintain records of field activities, track performance metrics, & prepare regular reports for management review.

8. Budget Management: Manage allocated marketing budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficient execution of field marketing activities.

9. Networking: Build &maintain relationships with local businesses, partners, and community organizations to expand marketing reach.

10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, &industry regulations in all field marketing activities.
