System Engineering domain (Compute, Storage, Datacenter, backup, cloud services, etc), we are in need of junior resources to play an active role in the Call center of an organization's infrastructure strategy architecture, service delivery standards, and best practices, to achieve the goal of IT infrastructure management to better effectiveness of IT processes, policies, data, human resources, etc.
Roles and responsibilities
1. Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
2. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
3. Working knowledge of MS office and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
4. Knowledge of basics of Call Center, Security Practices, and Anti-Virus programs
5. Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
6. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
7. Good written & verbal communication.
8. Diploma or Graduate With Computers as Primary or Optional.
