We are looking for dynamic, field-oriented professionals to join our team as Field Associates across multiple districts in West Bengal.

Locations: Kolkata, Howrah, Hooghly, Purba & Paschim Bardhaman, Birbhum, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas

Salary: 30,000 per month

(25,000 Fixed + 5,000 Travel Allowance)

Role Overview

The position involves on-ground coordination, field visits, data collection, and local stakeholder engagement as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits within assigned districts

Collect and submit field data as per project guidelines

Coordinate with local stakeholders, beneficiaries & project teams

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above

Two-wheeler with valid Driving License

Smartphone & Personal Laptop

Must be a resident of the assigned district

Proficiency in Bengali (Read, Write & Speak)
