We are looking for dynamic, field-oriented professionals to join our team as Field Associates across multiple districts in West Bengal.

📍 Locations: Kolkata, Howrah, Hooghly, Purba & Paschim Bardhaman, Birbhum, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas

💰 Salary: ‚¹30,000 per month

(‚¹25,000 Fixed + ‚¹5,000 Travel Allowance)

🔹 Role Overview

The position involves on-ground coordination, field visits, data collection, and local stakeholder engagement as per project requirements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

œ… Conduct regular field visits within assigned districts

œ… Collect and submit field data as per project guidelines

œ… Coordinate with local stakeholders, beneficiaries & project teams

🔹 Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

œ” Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above

œ” Two-wheeler with valid Driving License

œ” Smartphone & Personal Laptop

œ” Must be a resident of the assigned district

œ” Proficiency in Bengali (Read, Write & Speak)
