A Fettling Inspector is responsible for checking and ensuring the quality of casted components after the fettling process (removal of excess material, finishing, and cleaning). This role is important to ensure that the final product meets quality standards before dispatch.

Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in foundry industry

Basic knowledge of fettling, casting process, and finishing work

Ability to identify surface defects and quality issues

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Inspect casted components after fettling and finishing process

Check for defects like burrs, cracks, blow holes, and excess material

Ensure proper grinding, cutting, and cleaning of components

Maintain quality standards before final dispatch

Prepare and maintain inspection reports

Coordinate with production and quality teams

Ensure adherence to safety procedures
