Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Meeting Management: Proactively manage the MD’s diary, scheduling meetings, prioritizing appointments, and organizing agendas.
Administrative Support: Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and draft correspondence on behalf of the MD.
Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, clients, and staff.
Travel & Logistics: Organize comprehensive travel arrangements, including itineraries, flights, accommodation, and visa requirements.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive corporate, financial, and personnel information with high integrity.
Operational Support: Take minutes at meetings, track follow-up actions, and assist in monitoring operational deadlines.
Research & Documentation: Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
Experience: Proven experience as an EA, PA, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Soft Skills: Strong communication (written and verbal), multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Attributes: High degree of professionalism, autonomy, and the ability to handle pressure.
