We are looking for a creative Fashion Designer to join our team in Kolkata. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience and allows for work from home.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Create Unique Designs:** Develop original clothing and accessory designs that reflect current fashion trends and appeal to our target audience.

- **Sketch and Illustrate:** Produce detailed sketches and illustrations of designs, presenting ideas clearly to team members or clients.

- **Select Fabrics and Materials:** Choose appropriate textiles and materials for each design, considering quality, durability, and aesthetics.

- **Collaborate with Producers:** Work closely with manufacturers to ensure designs are accurately produced and meet quality standards.

- **Stay Updated on Trends:** Research and analyze market trends to stay ahead in fashion design, ensuring that designs remain relevant and competitive.

- **Prepare Technical Drawings:** Create technical drawings and specifications to guide manufacturers in the production process.

- **Review Sample Fittings:** Assess sample garments for fit and style, making necessary adjustments for final production.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of fashion design principles and techniques. Creative thinking and attention to detail are essential, as well as proficiency in design software. Excellent communication skills are important for collaborating with team members and manufacturers.
