role requisites

superior understanding of indian retailing and global trends.

good communication and interpersonal skills - understand customer needs.

good at relationship building - conversion to sales.

ability to follow brand and store guidelines.

good operations experience receiving stock, inventory keeping, cash handling, etc.

education &* experience requisites*

2 to 4 yrs. preferably in luxury retailing.

ability to understand and handle aspects of retail operational and merchandising - from the delivery of

stock to the final sale of the product.

should be able to share multiple instances of customer delight and strong one-to-one relationship

building.

shift timings - 10 am - 7 pm and 1 pm - 10 pm (on rotational basis)

one weekly off (on rotational basis)
