Factory Supervisor

we are looking for a factory supervisor for our small factory located in mundra (gujarat). the main task is to arrange the labours and get the work done. there are only 5-10 labors which you need to manage. however since we are an export house, quality is the main tasks. we do packing of fly ash in small bags. thus the working conditions are dusty. this is not a white collar job.

main tasks:

you will be the sole manager for this factory, managing all the related tasks

arrange the labours and get the work done from them

get the packing done in proper way as the material is packed for export only. thus quality is important.

container stuffing

liaison with trucks- forklift driver

pallets cutting

not a 8 am to 5 pm type job

- fully of dusty conditions

- arranging the labour is main task.

- a very basic room is available at site.

- location: gundala village (near mundra, gujarat)

- for deserving candidate, salary is no bar.
