Factory Supervisor - Vasai East Mumbai

We are looking for a dedicated Factory Supervisor to manage and oversee daily operations in our manufacturing facility in Vasai East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Daily Operations: Manage production schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time, while maintaining high-quality standards.

2. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate factory staff to achieve optimal performance and foster a positive work environment.

3. Quality Control: Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring compliance with safety and company regulations.

4. Inventory Management: Oversee material and inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely availability of resources.

5. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production status, efficiency, and team performance for senior management.
