Factory Worker || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a dedicated Factory Helper to join our team in Dhandari Kalan. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with any experience level and a minimum education of 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Production Staff: Assist in the daily operations of the factory by providing help to machine operators and assembly line workers.

- Material Handling: Load and unload materials and products, ensuring they are moved safely to designated areas within the factory.

- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area clean and organized by regularly sweeping, removing waste, and ensuring tools are stored properly.

- Assist in Quality Checks: Help monitor the quality of products during production by reporting any defects or issues to the supervisors.

- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while working in the factory to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should be physically fit and able to perform manual tasks. Good communication skills are essential to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
