The Facilities Coordinator provides assistance to the facility management team
to ensure successful service delivery of the client facility needs. Directly supports
the facility management team with on-going facility and team related
responsibilities.
Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Elect/Mech Eng
Experience : Basic/Minimum Knowledge in Building Facility Management
(Housekeeping/ Fire & Safety/Electrical/Plumbing/Security/CCTV/Access control etc..)
Skills :
➢ Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
➢ Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
➢ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
➢ Team-management and leadership skills.
➢ Should have a four wheeler driving license.
