Supervise Fabrication Processes: Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards in all fabrication n2. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of fabricators, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring teamwork to meet production n3. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of fabricated products to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications, making adjustments as n4. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe work environment for all team n5. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on production metrics, quality issues, and team performance to upper quired Skills and Expectations:nnCandidates must possess strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a diverse team. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and management. A solid understanding of fabrication techniques and quality control processes is expected, alongside a commitment to safety.
