Urgent Requirement For Fabrication Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to oversee and manage our fabrication processes in Chakan Pune. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience and a graduate degree.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations in the fabrication department, ensuring high-quality output and safety standards. You will lead a team of fabricators, providing guidance and support while monitoring productivity and work efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Supervising Fabrication Processes**: Ensure that all fabrication activities adhere to company standards and specifications, while optimizing workflow for efficiency.

- **Team Leadership**: Direct and motivate your team to achieve production goals and maintain a positive working environment.

- **Quality Control**: Conduct inspections and enforce quality checks throughout the fabrication process to meet product specifications.

- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and provide on-the-job training for new employees, promoting a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.

- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues that arise during fabrication promptly and effectively to minimize downtime.

Required skills and expectations include strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
