F&B Operation Manager,ERBIL,Filipino,Jordanian

a top level bakery shop in erbil, iraq is looking for:

- f&b operation manager (experienced in coffee shops, not inside of hotels venues)

the outlets serve alcohol. please make sure you have no issue working with alcohol.

gender: male

nationality: jordanian, filipino

salary: $2300 (salary paid in iraqi dinars) minus income tax (non-refundable) and social security (refundable) and security deposit (refundable)

+ free accommodation, free transportation, free food in staff canteen

+ tips (there is a tips box for all and it is distributed once in a month)

+ bonus (up to 100usd per month, depends on reaching the targets each months)

+ employee of the month ($50 reward)

benefits:

working hours:

6 days a week (saturday to thursday) 12 hours per day

(8 hrs normal duty + 4 hrs extra hours on daily basis (extra hours allowance is already included in 2300 usd salary every month) 6 days a week

accommodation location: the accommodation is located in a private compound called atconz, erbil, iraq (just 10 minutes driving from the airport);

contract duration: 2 years (renewable)

accommodation: provided by the company

vacations: leave entitlement 20 calendar days annual leave in every completed 12 months services with the company.

leave air ticket: one return air ticket (erbil-home country-erbil) for every completed 12 months services with the company.

social security:

as per iraq rules and labor department (law no. 39 of 1971), all workers must have social security. social security is a total of 17% from your basic salary (12% is to be paid by the company and 5% is to be paid by the employee) on monthly basis and it is refundable by end of contract.
