The External Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization. They will work externally with the provided ways, to source and screen candidates, ultimately helping our company build a high-performing team.
1. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various external sources. Utilize the provided resources to source the desired candidate.
2. Screening and Assessment: Conduct Initial CV Screenings to assess qualifications and Skills. Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks and skills assessments as needed.
3. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and Maintain positive relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Keep the candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide appropriate feedback.
