key responsibilities:

develop and expand international sales by identifying new markets and potential clients.

generate leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals with overseas customers.

coordinate export operations, including shipping, documentation, and logistics.

maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on inquiries and orders.

conduct market research and analyze global trends to identify business opportunities.

ensure compliance with incoterms, international trade regulations, and company policies.

collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and sales activities.

qualifications & skills:

bachelors degree in commerce, business, marketing, or related field.

proven experience in international sales or export operations preferred.

fluent in english (written and spoken).

strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

ability to research and analyze international markets.

good understanding of incoterms and global trade regulations.

proficient in lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
