We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team as an International Sales & Marketing Head. This pivotal role requires an experienced professional who can drive B2B sales initiatives and implement strategic marketing campaigns to expand our presence in international markets. The successful candidate will lead a talented team, formulate innovative strategies, and foster strong relationships with clients to achieve ambitious business objectives.

*Responsibilities:*

1. Develop and execute robust B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth in international markets.

2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

3. Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to capitalize on new business prospects.

4. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.

6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.

7. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to drive informed decision-making.

8. Oversee the negotiation and finalization of contracts, pricing agreements, and other sales-related documentation.

9. Stay updated on international trade regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

10. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote brand awareness and expand business networks.

*Requirements:*

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
