Job Summary

Krystal Global Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Export Marketing Manager to develop international markets and manage export sales operations. The role involves overseas customer development, handling export inquiries, order execution, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export marketing strategies to expand international business.

• Identify and develop new overseas markets, customers, agents, and distributors.

• Handle international inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.

• Prepare and follow up on export offers, proforma invoices, and sales orders.

• Coordinate with production, planning, QA, logistics, and finance teams for export order execution.

• Ensure compliance with export documentation, INCOTERMS, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and virtual client meetings.

• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and global demand trends.

• Achieve export sales targets and prepare MIS and performance reports.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in export marketing or international sales.

• Strong knowledge of export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, LC, etc.).

• Good understanding of INCOTERMS, payment terms, and international logistics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, CRM, and email communication.

• Ability to work with international clients across different time zones.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in engineering, stainless steel, pipes, tubes, or industrial products.

• Exposure to Middle East, Europe, USA, or Southeast Asia export markets.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Leadership ability to guide junior export or marketing executives.
