Job Title: Export Import Executive

Location: Kolkata

Experience: minimum 5 years

Company profile: Garment exports company

Package 35K max per month.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Import Executive to manage and coordinate international shipments and documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and compliant export/import operations, handle logistics, and maintain communication with freight forwarders, customs, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle export and import documentation (shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, etc.)

should be able to handle export and import formalities and completions of export and import obligation

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transporters

- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation

- Maintain records of all export/import transactions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related field

- Knowledge of export-import procedures and documentation

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software

Certificate in export and import procedures can be an added qualification
