Designation: Export Coordinator

Experience: 0-1 yr

Qualification: Bachelors in Any Field

Location: Ahmedabad (Full Time - Onsite)

Salary: 18,000 20,000 (As per the experience)

Responsibilities & Requirements

Coordination with the oversees company employees in terms of sending samples, documentation, etc through mail and through Call as and when required

Coordinate and fulfil international shipping needs from inception of order to final delivery of order for assigned oversees employees

base, with consideration to process, documentation and compliance requirements

Assisting and coordinating with Manager - International Marketing for any back office related tasks allotted by him

Assisting for preparing any Pre shipment & Post Shipment documents & its related work

Complete documentation for imports, exports, offshore trade and domestic business

Handle, Manage & resolve overseas employees accounting, insurance or delivery issues, etc and may maintain personal calendar for assigned personnel.
