Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with purchase, and vendor teams to ensure timely execution
Monitor manufacturing progress and track job/order status
Follow up with vendors and internal departments to meet delivery timelines
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Ensure smooth material flow across fabrication and machining processes
Identify delays and proactively drive corrective actions
Maintain expediting records, reports, and documentation
Support quality/inspection coordination when required
Required Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / BE Mechanical
Experience Requirements
2-3 years of experience in a machining workshop
Preferably exposure to forged and/or cast parts
Knowledge of fabrication and machining processes is an advantage

Drawing reading (mandatory)
Good understanding of manufacturing processes
Vendor coordination & follow-up skills
