e. Flexibility & outstanding problem solving skills.

Experience 3 to 8 Years

Job description-

Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments

Maintain calendars arrange, coordinate and prioritize complex scheduling

Provide telephone coverage answer executive phones, take accurate messages, know executives whereabouts at all times, handle urgent calls with appropriate judgment.

Arrange (including selection of date, time, and location) internal and external meetings (internal meetings typically require extensive coordination),If any.

Organizing and maintaining files and records.

Compose and type agendas and correspondence for meetings, official & development activities.

Responsible for travel updation through phone or messages (domestic and international)
