● coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
● prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
● schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
● arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, such as golf tournaments, fund-raising events and staff appreciation events
● maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents

● develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
● providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
● maintaining comprehensive and accurate records

● answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
● welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
