we are looking for an executive assistant to provide operational, executive, administrative, and client support to the founder.
responsibilities:
> act as the primary point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders.
> manage the founder's schedule: - including appointments, meetings, and mailbox.
> handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
> anticipate and address the founder's needs, both personal and professional.
> welcome and manage guests at the founder's residence.
> ensure a high level of hospitality and professionalism.
> coordinate guest schedules and accommodations as needed.
> prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
> assist with travel arrangements and itineraries.
> track and manage expense reports.
> handle correspondence on behalf of the founders.
> follow up on action items and deadlines.
qualifications:
>proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
>exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
>strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
>discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
>proficiency in office software and technology.
