Calendar Management:

€¢ Managing the executive's calendar, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritizing tasks.
Communication Management:
€¢ Handling and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
€¢ Drafting and preparing correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Travel Coordination:
€¢ Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
€¢ Creating detailed itineraries and ensuring travel plans align with the executive's schedule.
Document Preparation:
€¢ Drafting, editing, and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations.
€¢ Compiling information and data as needed for various reports and presentations.
Meeting Support:
€¢ Attending meetings, taking minutes, and summarizing key points.
€¢ Coordinating logistics for meetings, including room setup, audiovisual equipment, and catering.
Project Management:
€¢ Assisting in the planning and execution of special projects as assigned by the executive.
€¢ Tracking project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
Information Management:
€¢ Managing and organizing documents, files, and information.

Gatekeeping:

Expense Management:

Relationship Management:
