Event Executive

ISIE

 he/she will work under program manager – event cell

 working on the registration of teams (including but not limited)

 approaching new colleges/schools/universities for team registration through call,

mail, and social media platforms.  he/she will be part of execution team based on their managerial skills.

 he/she can be part of trainers/mentors team based on their technical skills related to

design and manufacturing of vehicles, robotics, iot, ai etc.

 sourcing potential new customers, sponsors, partners for the events.  maintaining regular contact with existing customers.

 travelling to the customer's location to talk about our product range (as per

requirements)

 demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products.

 advising customers on technology upgrades and related products.

 composing documents and customer proposals.

 generating purchase orders and sales receipts.

 maintaining strong customer relations.

 attending product training courses and seminars.

 contact new & existing customers through calls, e-mails and social media platform.

 meeting sales targets.
