🔧 key responsibilities:

prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and boqs

handle client and subcontractor billing as per site progress

work on mivan shuttering and high-rise construction billing formats

analyze drawings, technical specs, and quantities

maintain project-wise cost control & documentation

prepare and process change orders / variations

🎓 qualifications:

diploma / degree in civil engineering

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in mivan and high-rise building projects

proficient in ms excel, autocad, and estimation software
