- Job Description:

We are looking for a Billing & Estimation Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in MIVAN and High-Rise Residential Construction Projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and BOQs

Handle client and subcontractor billing as per site progress

Work on MIVAN shuttering and high-rise construction billing formats

Analyze drawings, technical specs, and quantities

Maintain project-wise cost control & documentation

Prepare and process change orders / variations

🎓 Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in MIVAN and high-rise building projects

Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
