Provide cost-effective proposals, solutions and alternatives for the project. Make sure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and deadlines. Provide technical advice and solve any on-site problems that occur. Prepare and create site reports, as well as complete any necessary paperwork. Ensure that health and safety policies are obeyed. Its not always required, but for some projects, youll have to communicate with the local authority to make sure you comply with local regulations and by-laws
